Student opportunities to advance careers in sea turtle biology and conservation

The Student Committee mission is to connect students with their peers, ease introduction in to the International Sea Turtle Society, and liaise students and early career professionals with opportunities through education and networking events. Students are key to the future of the ISTS and bring new perspectives to our group.

The Student Committee will be seeking new members to assist in planning student-focused activities for 44th ISTS Symposium and beyond. This committee is typically comprised of students and early career professionals, which coordinate the following events at the symposium:

• Student Workshop

• Student Mixer

• Presentation Feedback 

• Speed Chatting with Experts
